Neil joined Neville, Rodie & Shaw in 1993, apprenticing as an assistant to a portfolio manager. Neil became a Principal member of the firm in 1998. Since then, Neil's responsibilities at Neville, Rodie & Shaw include the management of equity, balanced and fixed income portfolios for individuals and eleemosynary institutions. Neil also currently acts as the Treasurer for the firm.

Neil is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, receiving a B.A. in 1992.

Neil is a resident of Fair Haven, New Jersey. He enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach with his wife and three children.
